Spin The Drabble

Below you will find a tool to randomise the inspiration for your next drabble. It includes prompts of Subgenre covering Fantasy, Sci-Fi and Horror, Event and an abstract thing to Incorporate.

What is a drabble you may ask?

A drabble runs to exactly 100 words (the title may or may not be excluded) and is named for a joke game in Monty Python’s Big Red Book“. [1]

The purpose of the drabble is brevity, testing the author’s ability to express interesting and meaningful ideas in a confined space.[2]

How do I write one?

The comments should be open if you want to pop your own drabble in there, or a prompt combination you liked maybe.
